LyondellBasell ICORENE 2551 Linear Low Density LLDPE Rotational Molding
Product introduction:
ICORENE 2551 rotational molding grade is a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin specifically designed for the rotational molding process. Rotational molding, also known as rotational molding or rotational molding, is a plastic molding process in which plastic raw materials are heated in a mold and evenly coated on the inner wall of the mold, and then cooled and solidified to form the desired product shape.
ICORENE 2551 rotational molding grade resin has excellent fluidity, melt strength and processing properties, making it very suitable for the requirements of the rotational molding process. Its uniform melt flow and good thermal stability ensure even distribution of the resin within the mold, resulting in parts with consistent wall thickness. In addition, this resin has good mechanical properties and chemical stability, which can meet the strength and durability requirements of rotational molded products.
Rotational molding process is widely used to manufacture large, hollow and complex plastic products, such as water tanks, containers, automobile parts, toys, etc. ICORENE 2551 rotomolding grade resin is ideal for these applications as it provides excellent processing and end product performance.
However, the rotational molding process itself can be affected by a variety of factors, including mold design, heating and cooling rates, resin formulation, etc. Therefore, when using ICORENE 2551 rotational molding grade resin, it is recommended to work closely with rotational molding process experts to ensure the best processing results and product quality.
ICORENE 2551 rotomolding grade resin is a linear low density polyethylene resin ideally suited for the rotomolding process, providing excellent processing properties and end product performance.
