Chimei Polylac Pa-737 High Flow Abs Granules For Injection Molding Of Large Products
Chimei Polylac PA-737 is a high-flow acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin produced by Chimei Industrial in Taiwan. It is known for its good appearance, high flowability and processability, and can be quickly processed and shaped into products with large areas or thin flesh.
In addition, Chimei Polylac PA-737 offers excellent flame retardancy and is RoHS and UL compliant for applications such as automotive parts and office equipment.
It has a melt index of 31 cm²/10min, low shear viscosity under high shear, and is easy to injection mold.
The density of Chimei Polylac PA-737 is 1.05~1.18g/cm³, the shrinkage rate is 0.4%~0.9%, the elastic modulus value is 0.2Gpa, the Poisson's ratio value is 0.394, and the hygroscopicity is less than 1%. Its melting temperature is 217~237℃, its thermal decomposition temperature is greater than 250℃, and it can perform normally in an environment of -25℃~60℃.
